Mary McGeachy Dianne Seeber
dianne@rodheim-marketing.com

Dianne Seeber brings to Rodheim Marketing the high-level corporate know-how that can only be attained from years in the ivory towers of high-profile national companies, including Lehman Brothers, ACC Capital Holdings, Washington Mutualand Lincoln National Corporation. Dianne’s documented corporate successes include award-winning programs in strategic communications, issues management and crisis communications, media relations, investor relations, public relations, employee communications, event planning, multi-media production, corporate identity and graphic design. In these capacities, she was ranked among the top two percent of executives in terms of contribution, leadership and potential, ranked first in customer service and support, and scored in the highest tier for quality of work.

Her accomplishments include re-engineering the image a Fortune “least-admired company” into one of industry's most visible, highly respected institutions. Her crisis communications victories have diffused sensitive and potentially volatile corporate issues such as mergers/acquisitions, major reductions in force, legally-sensitive executive terminations and advocacy group protests. She launched an investor relations program that doubled the company’s stock price in one year and developed a strategic acquisitions plan that resulted in the largest percentage increase in a bank acquirer’s stock on announcement day in Wall Street history. In 1989, Dianne coordinated a statewide, live satellite up-link/down-link corporate celebration uniting 5,000 employees in five cities that was reported in the Wall Street Journal. Her media relations efforts have secured executives key spots on Good Morning America and Nightline as well as major features in Business Week, New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Orange County Register.
