CORONA DEL MAR, Calif. – Feb. 25, 2008 – Roger’s Gardens is opening a new Fine Art Gallery specializing in contemporary masters of plein air paintings in the tradition of the early California Impressionist. The first show is Reflections of Spring; California Masters of Plein Air and will be held March 14-June 7, 2008.

The new gallery will have four seasonal exhibitions each year featuring Southern California artist’s depictions of local Orange County and familiar California scenes. Outstanding works from five Gallery Artists, selected for their mastery of this technique, will be on permanent display throughout the year along with an additional revolving roster of guest artists. These painters are nationally recognized for their plein air artwork viewed in museums, art publications, and prestigious collections all over the world.

The Gallery Artists:

David Damm, Signature Member of California Art Club and Laguna Plein Air Painters Association, Robin Hall, award winning participate of prestigious plein air invitational and art instructor, Glenna Hartmann, Signature Member of Plein Air Painters of America, California Art Club, and Laguna Plein Air Painters Association, W. Jason Situ, Signature Member of Plein Air Painters of America, California Art Club, Laguna Plein Air Painters of America, Rocky Mountain Plein Air Painters, and emerging artist, Daniel Aldana, who has won several awards with Laguna Plein Air Painters Association.
